Fiction vs. Reality discourse➥I am vehemently against the censorship of fiction and the harassment of others over fictional content under any and all circumstances.
➥As long as it strictly remains fictional and isn't being used to directly and intentionally cause harm to another person, it has the right to exist no matter what said fictional content consists of.
➥Fiction containing graphic and taboo material — as well as content that is sexually explicit, abusive, and ethically and morally corrupt — has existed since the dawn of literature. It wasn't a problem then, and it isn't a problem now, as this alone objectively isn't enough to change a person for the worst.
➥Fictional interests say nothing about character, personality, morals, behavior, etc., as the realm of fiction is not equivalent to reality. Anyone who knows better does not treat the two as if they're the same or similar.
➥If you somehow take issue with this, it's best we avoid interacting.
➥I have no interest in associating myself with people who cause horrendous levels of harm, and condone/encourage horrifically violent crimes against people — both adults and children alike — who consume/create fiction they dislike, and proceed to throw around severe/criminal accusations and misuse serious terms, whilst claiming moral superiority. It's horrific and I won't stand for it.
